The latest editorial in ARISE Magazine features high-reaching/high-volume

looks as a way to celebrate "the new trends in Afro hair."

While the trend is not necessarily "new," it recognizably follows some of the

late 80s early 90s style guides of cult/cultural classic films.

FABULOUS. The hints of blue in the styling and makeup was a great touch.
