BlackBook Magazine features Nicki Minaj as their cover girl and in a spread for the 'Pop Issue.'
The cover layout and photography takes on a blaxploitation art direction for their story on the rap-pop sensation.
In the interview, Nicki states “Most people don’t treat me like a human being.
I’ve become an image, a persona, a robot: ‘Stand there, take a picture, and smile.’”
It's not easy being Barbie.
Music opinion aside, the styling for this shoot is simply awesome.
Loving the mayhem on the cover with bold eyes and lips that certainly 'POP.'
