In the midst of shopping sunglasses for Spring/Summer 2011,
we thought why not post some Italian Vogue inspiration for color selection and frame types.
Photographer Douglas Friedman captures a Palm Desert goddess for Italian Vogue.

"It's on this journey we go exclusively with Italian Vogue to Palm Desert California where the Winter Sun lives.
We look at how she defines who she is and how she lives... While shielding herself from the sun." -Claudio Gottardi

Fashion || DVF Goes Minnie For Resort 2010

Fashion || DVF Goes Minnie For Resort 2010

Minnie Mouse is IN!
Not exactly in the way you might think.
Her trademark oversized bow has become a must for Lady Gaga's wardrobe and
was a consistant accessory for Diane von Furstenburg's

Resort 2010 Runway; Bright colored Bow-tie turbans.
In addition, bold prints were visible amongst simple silhouettes
composed of pleating details and ruffles.
What else was "Mini?" Dress length.
