We adored the dress Sessilee Lopez wore on the
cover of this December 2010 issue of 944 Magazine designed by The Blonds.
Since that moment, were in HIGH anticipation of their Fall 2011 Collection.
They have become our blonde pseudo twin spawns of Manish Arora,
with the "balls to the wall" knack-for-detail.

Fashion || Sessilee Lopez for Z Spoke Fall 2011

Fashion || Sessilee Lopez for Z Spoke Fall 2011

Sessilee Lopez looks divine in the Fall 2011 look book for Zac Posen's Fall 2011 Z Spoke Collection.
Love the ivory dress with pleated and tucked shoulders and elbow-length leather gloves.
Wool fabrication, a season favorite, brings a fabulous minimalistic parka
and always classic sleeveless shift dress with pleats along the waist.
Every piece in the Z Spoke Fall 2011 collection is undoubtedly consumer friendly.

Zac Posen's shares with Style.com "Last season was about launching it to the media,
this season, it's about direct to the consumer and retailer."

Photography || Emma Summerton, Kryptonite to Lifeless Images

Emma Summerton has the potential to be a legendary fashion photographer as she has gone from being THE editorial photographer to watch to an "in-demand" talent that can likely be described as the kryptonite to lifeless images.
The depth of the images she captures go beyond how they're staged and styled;
we're drawn to the richness of color, contrast and again the 'depth' of what she captures.
It's enough to make you want to walk into the picture at times.

The same hand on the shutter brought the dynamic pretty, young, things cover for i-D magazine
(Issue dedicated to Michael Jackson featuring Chanel Iman, Sessilee Lopez, Jourdan Dunn, and Arlenis Sosa), a beautifully bohemian and yet intrinsically luxe editorial for VOGUE Italia, and the above spread shot for a recent issue of VOGUE Italia Beauty. We can't help but notice her work time and time again with more than good reason. Wonderful work Emma!

Fashion || PYT: There's Room For Everybody

"There are loads of black models working and the idea that there's only a few of us, or four of us,
to let in as top models at any one time is just bullshit. It creates unnecessary competition when we should be standing together..." -Jourdan Dunn

Insi-De Look at the PYT Issue
Chanel Iman, Sessilee Lopez, Jourdan Dunn, Arlenis Sosa
Fierce and Fabulous inside of the i-D P.Y.T. Issue.
The ladies spend time to discuss the now infamous "BLACK ISSUE"
of Vogue Italia and prominent African-American women in the fashion industry.
The overall purpose of this issue was to begin the new season by paying
homage to the King of Pop and Style in their Pre-Fall issue.
The magazine is full of famous MJ lyrics and quotables that are placed alongside coordinating high fashion editorials.

More importantly it focuses on the beauty of what makes us
all so different yet oh-so-worthy of acclaim.
